esok raya!!!!

dear hubby baru je call..(die still di lautan..huhu)

hubby : sahur nok makang mende?

wifey : roti je kot
hubby : hehe..esok raye doh..
wifey : haaa?

ye..ye..aku raya sehari awal dari msia..hehe..sbb Saudi raya esok (qatar ikut saudi)..and harapnye esok en hubby berjaya pulang ke umah..huhuh..kalau tak raya sorang2 la aku..sedih deh??hehe..

murtabak mini..

baru sahaja berjaya buat murtabak mini..hehe..first attempt nih..sebbaikla menjadi..

mak aku selalu beli murtabak mini segera (frozen)..slalunye bln puasa je mesti mak aku beli..last week masa tgh surf recipe, jumpalah recipe murtabak segera nih..hehe

tetibe je rasa nk mkn, so tryla buat..hehe..

nk recipe..??

Murtabak Segera (mini) - for 2 @ 3 person

Ingredients...
- 100gm daging cincang

- 2 biji potato (potong dadu)

- 1 sudu setengah rempah kari (bancuh ngan air)

- 1/2 biji bwg besar (potong dadu)

- 1 ulas garlic

- daun sup

- minyak sket

- 1 sudu kecik garam

- kulit popia

- 2 biji telur

Method..

1 - tumis garlic ngan bwg besar

2 - masukkan rempah kari, goreng till pecah minyak

3 - masukkan daging cincang

4 - masukkan potato n garam

5 - jika kering masukkan air sket

6 - masak till potato empuk

7 - last skali masuk daun sup..

8 - angkat n ketepikan

9 - pukul telur lam mangkuk n then campur ngan inti yg dh masak

10 - ambil kulit popia n bungkus inti murtabak (cm bungkus popia)

11 - goreng murtabak atas pan (guna sket je minyak..)

..ok dop murtabak aku?hehe...

syawal is coming..

lebih kurang seminggu je lg nk raye..wahh..cepat je rasanya..pose pon dh nk abis..

raya kali ni aku tak balik Kb or KT..thn ni kami (me n hubby) beraya kat sini..hehe..en hubbyku yg sgt bz smpai tak leh cuti..ni pon die still kat laut ..harapnye die balik la b4 raye.. (takkanla aku raya sorang2 kt umah..die raye kt laut kan..huhu..sadis sungguh...)

so raya thn ni tak rasa excited sgt cm sblm nih..kalau tak slalunye aku ngan kakna bz discuss psl baju raya...sape nk wat biskut raya..sape nk sponsor baju raya..hehe..thn ni aku rilex jelah..(baju raya aku dh siap sebenarnye..nmpk gaya pkai time raya aji jela..tu pon kalau kami berjaya balik masa raya aji..ehehe)

thn ni jugak rasanya aku takkan dpt byk sms raya..huhu..kalu dulu2 sibuk je nk beli kad raya..tp skang kalau dpt sms pon sebbaik..tp rasanya kalau dpt kad raya lg best..aku still lg simpan smua kad raya yg pernah aku dpt since sek ren..kdang2 kalau tgk balik smua koleksi kad raya (esp yg dpt masa sek ren)..best je ingt time dulu2..

kalau kt opis lak..mesti smua dok pasang lagu raya..wahh bestnye..pastu mesti smua dok bz order biskut.(tetibe je rindu ngan opismet..huhuh..rindu kak ija, mas, kak yati, kak sham, kak iza,,huhu..) tp skang ni aku tak rasa pon lg mood raya..lagu raya pon tk layan lg..hehe

sepanjang bln puasa ni pon,baru 2 ari sempat bukak puasa ngan hubby..ari2 lain bukak puasa sorang2..huhu..(ye ye..hubby sy sgtlah bz bekerja di laut..)

dhla sepanjang puasa ni insomnia..haha..tp mlm ni kena paksa diri tido awal..esok kena pi shopping brg dapur..hmm..tak tau dh nk taip apa.. (dak anne la ni komplen ngape aku tak update blog..heh)

okes..tu je..sy mau tido..

insomnia...

..having insomnia lately..since the past 2 weeks..hahah..

..and hubby was away since the past 2 weeks..

..i wonder..is hubby's absence the real cause of my insomnia..huhuh

..only can sleep dgn nyenyak after subuh (kat sini subuh aroud 4 a.m)

Cara2

panaskan minyak sket..then goreng Bhn A smpai kuning

Masukkan serbuk kari (yg dicampur ngan air n bhn B)

masukkan santan , ayam

and then garam

pastu bila ayam dh agak nk masak, masukkan fishball

pastu bolehla campur ngan mee.kalau taknak mkn ngan mee, mkn ngan nasik pon sodap!!hehe

kalau nk sedap lg, mkn ngan telur rebus.nyum nyum..

note :

petua mak aku, kalau nk sedap kari tu, jgn gune 1 brand je..(aku slalu campur gune Allagapas, Babas n Lingam) mmg best..

santan tu depends la..aku slalu nye campur sket je..kdang2 tak masukkan santan pon..hehe..baru 'kaw' sket rasa kari..(lgpon santan byk kolestrol..hehe)
bagi aku masak ni takder peraturan pon.tak semestinya kena follow recipe 100% kan? janji rasa sedap n bleh mkn..

3 ramadhan..

it's almost 4 am (9 am Msia) baru je dgr azan subuh..and aku baru nk tido..hehe..tibe2 je susah nk tido..

(i miss my dear hubby..huhu)

br je siap bukak puasa..alone!! huhu..dear hubby ke laut pg td..

1 Ramadhan..

as requested by dear hubby..smlm sahur mkn mee kari..

smlm kami sahur kol 11 mlm..hehe..y?sbb kat sini subuh kol 3.53, so hubby malas bangun sahur..

kami dinner kol 6 ptg..so takkan la sahur tu nk mkn nasik lagi kan?sbb prot still kenyang, so hubby soh masak mee kari..

tp kat sini aku tak jumpe pon lagi kedai yg jual mee kuning..maka aku pon ganti ngan mee maggi..hahaha..layan jelah..janji sedap..

yg penting..hubby kate "dh bleh bukak kedai mee kari.." hahahaha..

bulan puasa ni mesti smua bleh balik awal kan keje? dear hubby pon bleh balik awal gak..yeay..normally keje die 8-5..tp bulan puasa jadik 8-2..hehe(sy sgt suke!!)

still tgh pikir nk masak pe tuk bukak puasa..hmm..

ni first time kami berpuasa di bulan ramadhan as hasben n wife..perasaan?best...=)
